Shipping to New Zealand?

We offer $15 AUD flat rate shipping to New Zealand

  • Your parcel will be delivered up to 21 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) from the day you have placed your order.

  • Your order will be delivered by Seko trackable service.
  • You will receive an email once we have dispatched your order, it will contain the tracking number, so you can track your parcel straight to your door.

  • Orders which are equivalent to NZ$400 shipped to New Zealand may incur customs charges and duties charged by the NZ Customs Service once the parcel reaches its destination port and must be paid by the recipient directly to the NZ Customs Service or its authorized service provider.

  • Purchases will be shipped separately. If you have a mix of Third Party Partners/Sister Brand products and Rivers items, you will receive two or more parcels (at no extra charge).

Delivery Options

Standard Delivery

Your order will be delivered to your nominated address and a signature will be required (if you are not home a calling card will be left advising which post office to collect your parcel from)

Authority to leave

If you are not home your parcel will be left at your front door with no signature required (Rivers cannot be held liable for any parcels that are lost or stolen as a result of any specific delivery instructions left for the carrier).

Online Returns Australia

We want you to love your purchase. You have the following options available if you change your mind:

  • If you made an online order before the date of appointment, being 28 October 2024 and you change your mind, we will provide you with a store credit. However, this store credit in respect of pre-appointment sales can only be redeemed on a $ for $ basis. That is, if you have a store credit for $20, you will need to spend another $20 to redeem the voucher.
  • If you made an online order after the date of appointment and you change your mind, we will provide you with your choice of exchange or a Credit Note/Gift Card on Rivers branded product, if you return your purchase to any Rivers store. The $ for $ requirement will not apply to purchased made after 28 October 2024.
  • If you made an online order prior to the date of appointment and you change your mind, we will provide you with your choice of exchange or a Credit Note/Gift Card on Rivers branded product, if you return your purchase to any Rivers store, however this will need to be redeemed on a $ for $ basis, as outlined above.
  • If you made a purchase in a Rivers Store, they cannot be returned online. They must be returned to a store. If you have changed your mind, you must have an original copy of the receipt, and we can offer an exchange or Credit Note/Gift card only (in accordance with the policy outlined above). We do not refund in store for change of mind. If you do not have a receipt, but you purchased using your membership account, our store team will be able to find your order in our system.
  • If you choose to return to Rivers Warehouse, we recommend sending your return via a traceable method and retaining proof of postage until receiving confirmation that your return has been processed. Rivers is not responsible for returns that are not received.

    Items received by us at the Rivers Warehouse, after the 30-day return period will not qualify for a refund. In this case, the parcel will be returned to sender.

    Sister Brand Returns

    Items purchased from Millers, Autograph, Crossroads, Katies, Ezibuy, Noni B, W.Lane, BeMe & Rockmans cannot be returned to a Rivers store. They must be returned using our online returns process.
